The Holy Spirit has been pressing on my heart lately to write a letter of thanks to God.  I’m much better at expressing myself in writing than verbally so here I go…

Dear God,

I have so much to be thankful for your provisions and don’t thank You nearly enough!  I heard in a sermon recently to imagine that you one day lost all things that you DIDN’T thank God for the previous day.  What would you be left with?  Personally, I would have my family and shelter.  I do thank You a lot for both those things but not much else.  I definately need to work on praising you for so much more than I have!
